Quiksep SC simple chromatography system is designed in full compliance with cGMP. It adopts quattroflow diaphragm pump in Germany. The control interface adopts color touch screen to display pump speed and other information. It can adopt flexible configuration according to the user's customized requirements, and can collect up to 8 analog signals, which are controlled by special software.

1）System main interface
The main interface is intuitive and easy to operate. It is divided into system function area, process control area and status display area, which records the parameter changes in real time and generates a map.
2）Multiple control modes
Speed regulation mode: when there is no flow meter connected, the system generally runs this mode, input the percentage of pump speed, and then the flow can be adjusted at will.
Constant flow mode: if the flowmeter is connected, this mode can be selected to precisely control the flow of the system through the feedback of the flowmeter.
Constant pressure mode: if the pressure sensor is connected, the constant pressure mode can be set. Through the real-time feedback of the pressure sensor, the pressure can be accurately controlled, so as to shorten the process time, save labor cost, improve the controllability and repeatability of the process, and effectively reduce the safety risk.
3）Up to 8 sensor acquisition channels
The system provides 8 sensor channels, which can accept 4 ~ 20mA and - 10V ~ + 10V signal input, and can connect most types of sensors, such as: pressure, temperature, flow, conductivity, pH, UV, etc.
4）Rights management function
The system adopts five levels of user management authority, which can be assigned by users themselves, and users can be changed during operation (convenient for shift handover).
5）Audit tracking and electronic signature function

6）Result analysis and data storage function
The data can be saved in real time, even if the power is cut off, the data will not be lost; the column effect analysis can be carried out for the atlas, and the baseline can be adjusted manually; the system log and method information can be recorded in real time, and the curve comparison can be carried out for the convenience of tracing.
7）Pdf report can be customized
Through the wizard, it is convenient to generate standardized chromatography results report, and to copy and organize data.
三、Main components
1）Diaphragm pump
Low shear force, no inactivation of conveying biological active substances; no pulse, low noise; low failure rate; various specifications are optional: the maximum flow rate can be 1 L / min, 3 L / min, 10 L / min, 20 L / min and other specifications according to actual needs.
2）Four way valve
The system adopts manual four-way valve to control the flow path, which can switch the forward, reverse and bypass of column position, as well as the online and bypass of bubble trap. The four-way valve is made of PTFE and 316L stainless steel.
3）detector
UV detector adopts imported device, single wavelength (280nm) or variable dual wavelength, to ensure good accuracy and stability.
The pressure sensor adopts international famous brand with high precision, which can provide perfect protection for packing and system pump.
PH / conductivity adopts international famous brand, which can be calibrated online.
