1)Complete specifications
The manual chromatographic column has realized the specification serialization: the inner diameter of the column has five standard specifications: 100mm, 140mm, 200mm, 300mm and 450mm; the height of the column has two standard specifications: 500mm and 950mm. And can meet the needs of customer customization, production of a variety of non-standard specifications.
The extender can be selected in the process of column installation to meet the special requirements of column installation.
2)Patented column head sealing method
The lever type seal compression structure is adopted, which has high reliability and solves the problems of air leakage and failure of the pneumatic mechanism. The down pressure type seal ring expansion structure avoids the disadvantages of the column head separated from the column bed caused by the up pull type structure.
3)Patented column head rotating structure
The column head is rotated by the rotating screw on the upper surface of the column flange, and the second set screw is inserted after it is rotated in place. After the column head is turned out, the packing can be carried out, and the column head can be lifted out without manpower, so the operation is convenient.

7)Screen design
The upper and lower sieve plates are stainless steel sintered mesh with multi-layer structure. Different from the polyethylene screen: the polyethylene screen is hydrophobic and needs to be fully wetted before loading, while the stainless steel screen plate does not need to be wetted in advance.
